Order Confirmation from Claire's
We will double-confirm that your order has been placed so you can be super sure your goods are on their way!
- As soon as you place your order, you will be taken to the Order Confirmation Page where you can see your order summary, billing and shipping addresses, and most importantly, your order number. Be sure to write that down!
- You will also receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order is placed. This will contain all the details of your order, including your order number. Look for the subject line "Order Confirmation From Claire's" from email@example.com.
Your Claires.com Order Has Shipped!
Something good is coming your way! Here are two ways to track your order:
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your packages. Look for the subject line "Your Claires.com Order Has Shipped!" from firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the Shipping Details section of this email, your will see blue text that reads "Track this Order". Simply click here to track your shipment (note: It may take up to 24 hours after your receive this email for all the tracking information to appear). You can follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your door!
Log into your claires.com account to check the progress of your order. Click on the "Order History" tab, then click the purple "Track Order" text to track your order.
At Your Doorstep
Delivery times may vary by shipping method. Check out below to see when you should expect your order:
- 3 to 7 business days after your order is placed.
- 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
- Next business day after your order is placed.*
* If order is placed by 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.
