Step 1: Shake well

Step 3: Apply 2 coats of glow in the dark polish, allow for dry time between each coat

Step 4: Next, hold your fingers to the light to activate the polish

Step 5: The glow will last about 30 to 45 minutes, but you can activate it over and over again by holding hands up to a light for just a few seconds.
