How do I place an order?
To place an order, select a store for pickup during checkout. We will email a pickup notification with location details when your order is ready to be picked up. Select your location at any time and choose "Click & Collect" as your delivery method in the shopping bag. All stores with Click & Collect available will display a green checkbox and the message "Pickup: Ready in 2 to 4 hours."

When can I pick up my order?
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email. Your order will be held at the store for 7 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 7 days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund in the original method of payment. -
Some items are not available for pickup in-store. What should I do?
Not every item displayed is available at every store. If an item in your shopping bag is not available for pickup at your desired location, please select another store, ship the order to your address, or remove the item from your shopping bag. -
Can I change my pickup location after I placed the order?
Unfortunately once the order is placed, you will not be able to change your pickup location. You must pick up your order at the Claire’s store you originally selected. -
Can I receive order status notifications for my order?
You’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email when your order has been submitted. Once your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email stating that your order is ready. -
When will I be charged for my order?
If you are paying with a debit or credit card, it will be charged when the order is ready for pickup. In some instances, there may be an authorisation hold on your debit or credit card when the order is placed, which is removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged. Please note that the authorisation length varies and is not administered by Claire’s. Paypal or gift card payments are taken upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill all of your items, funds will be returned to you for unfulfilled items once the order is ready for pickup. -
Where's the receipt for my order?
After your order is picked up, you will receive your receipt by email. -
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is submitted, we begin processing it immediately and the order cannot be canceled. -
How do I return my order?
Returns can be completed in-store with an associate and refunds are provided on their original method of payment. If a gift card was used in the original transaction and you no longer have the gift card, the associate will issue a new gift card. Click & Collect orders cannot be returned via mail.
