Claire's loyalty members will qualify to receive a pair of earrings valued at up to £10 each month for a year, when they purchase a piercing starter kit in-store during one of the program term periods listed below. Customers must provide their C.CLUB email at checkout to qualify and to receive the redemption coupon and may qualify to receive up to two pairs of free earrings each month during the offer qualification period for each piercing starter kit transaction. Earring products with a retail value greater than £10 will be discounted by £10.

You can redeem one pair of earrings valued at up to £10 each month for twelve months following your piercing. Earring products with a value greater than £10 will be discounted by £10.

You will receive an email on the first of each month containing your in-store coupon for redemption of a pair of earrings valued at up to £10. Your first coupon will be delivered the month after your piercing. If you purchased your piercing on the 25th of the month or after, your first coupon will arrive the second month after your piercing. Each month’s free earring coupon will expire at the end of the month.

Customers who purchase two piercing starter kits as a part of the same transaction between 15 May, 2024 and 2 September, 2024 may qualify to receive up to two pairs of free earrings each month for a total of twelve months.

You may qualify to receive up to two pairs of free earrings each month during the offer qualification period for each piercing starter kit transaction.

To better illustrate, here is an example of a customer who gets 3 piercings in one year:
Pierced on 5 June, 2024: 12 coupons delivered in total (1 each month, valid for the entire month). Delivery dates ranging from 1 July, 2024 – 1 June, 2025.
Pierced on 10 August, 2024: 12 coupons delivered in total (1 each month, valid for the entire month). Delivery dates ranging from 1 September, 2024 – 1 August, 2025.
Pierced on 1 September, 2024: 3 coupons delivered in total (1 each month, after the 12 months of 5 June, 2024 piercing coupons have concluded, valid for the entire month). Delivery dates ranging from 1 July, 2025 – 1 September, 2025. (once the one year of coupons drops off from the first piercing on 5 June, 2024, this September piercing picks up and they get the remaining 3 months of coupons left on their one year).

If you have not received an email with your coupon, please contact Claire's Customer Service at [email protected] for assistance. Customers pierced between 27 June, 2024 and 2 September, 2024 who do not receive their coupon must contact customer service within 60 days from the date of piercing in order to qualify for free earrings.

Yes! Any piercing will qualify for free earrings for a year, including nose piercing. However, you will not be able to redeem your free earring coupons on nose jewellery.

Redemption coupons will be provided exclusively via email and are not trackable in-app.

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted on free earring redemptions.

At this time, free earrings coupons are eligible for redemption in-store only.

You must be at least 13 years of age to be a C.CLUB member. If the customer getting pierced is under the age of 13, the parent or legal guardian completing the piercing forms must sign up for loyalty, purchase the piercing and redeem free earrings promotion on their loyalty account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase an ear piercing in the UK without parental consent. If you are under the age of 16, parental consent is needed. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a nose piercing in the UK without parental consent. If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is needed. Minimum age for nose piercing is 16 in the UK. No age requirement is enforced for free earring redemption.

You may redeem your free earrings coupons on any earring product with a retail value up to £10 with the exclusion of piercing kits, piercing earrings, nose jewellery, and body jewellery. Earring products with a value greater than £10 will be discounted by £10.

You may only redeem one pair of earrings (value up to £10) per coupon redemption, even if the values are less than £10.
