Last Revised: June 01, 2024 These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in any C.CLUB Points Game Member Challenge (together and separately, “Challenge” or “Challenges”) offered by Claire’s Stores, Inc. or its affiliates (“Claire’s”). Each Challenge will have a page on www.claires.com (a “Challenge Page”) that will state how you can participate in the Challenge, how you can earn points in the Challenge, and the applicable dates (each, a “Challenge Period”). All information included as part of a Challenge Page is incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility
To participate in a Challenge, you must be a member of C.CLUB, Claire’s rewards program. By participating, you agree to (i) the C.CLUB Terms and Conditions, Claire’s Terms of Use, Claire’s Terms of Sale, and Claire’s Privacy Policy (each of which is incorporated herein by reference) and (ii) the decisions of Claire’s, which are final and binding in all respects.

How to Enroll
You must be a member of C.CLUB to participate in Challenges. Membership is free. If you are not already a member, you can enroll here. You may only have one C.CLUB account per person. Claire’s reserves the right to cancel multiple accounts for any person and accounts generated by script, macro, or other automated and to forfeit any points or rewards credited to such accounts.

How to Earn Points in a Challenge
During the Challenge Period for each Challenge, you can earn points by completing the stated tasks for that Challenge (“Eligible Tasks”) outlined on the Challenge Page. All material terms associated with completing any Eligible Task will be set forth as part of the Challenge Page.

If any Eligible Task requires making a purchase, such purchase must be made at www.claires.com or in a Claire’s US retail store. If purchasing methods are excluded, those details will be specified in each task modal description.
Be sure you are logged in to your account and/or provide your C.CLUB account details to the in-store associate to ensure you receive credit for completing an Eligible Task. Complete all three (3) Eligible Tasks for a Challenge during the Participation Period to earn an additional 200 points. Each of the three (3) Eligible Tasks is worth 50 bonus points. An additional 50 bonus points will be awarded upon completion of all three (3) tasks, for a total of 200 bonus points. All Eligible Tasks completed must be for the same Challenge to be eligible for the additional 200 points.
Points will come in the form of two (2) $5 Rewards. Points convert to one (1) $5 Reward five (5) days after reaching 100 Points. Points convert to a second (2nd) $5 Reward five (5) days after reaching an additional 100 points. In the case that a member has existing points outside of a Challenge, these points may allow for a member to receive a Reward before the first 100 bonus points have been reached. Points issued as determined by Claire’s in its sole discretion. Participant’s point deposit and new Rewards balance will be accessible via participant’s C.CLUB account.
Points Conditions
Redemption/use of points is subject to the C.CLUB Program Terms.

Please note that products may appear on multiple category pages on www.claires.com but only qualify under one category for purposes of Task completion. If you are unsure of whether a particular product falls under a certain category of Task completion purposes, please reach out to Customer Service with your question and they can confirm under which category that product falls for transactional purposes. Claire’s has the right to categorize product as it sees fit.

General Conditions
By participating in a Challenge, you agree (i) to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Claire’s, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in a Challenge, including any travel or activity related thereto. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Released Parties are not responsible for printing, typographical, technical, computer, network. human, mechanical, electronic, or other errors or omissions in any Challenge-related materials, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of a Challenge or the tracking of Eligible Tasks. Persons found to have tampered with or abused any aspect of any Challenge, to have acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or to otherwise not be in full compliance with these terms, as determined by Claire’s in its sole and absolute discretion will be disqualified and all points will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in a Challenge or downloading materials from or use of any website or app.

Claire’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a Challenge at any time. Any changes Claire’s makes will be effective immediately on notice, which it may give either by posting the new terms on the site or via e-mail, text message, or other electronic communication. Your participation in a Challenge after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. You should review these Terms of Participation periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version. You will always be able to tell when the version was last updated by checking the "Last Revised" date at the top of these Terms of Participation. All questions or disputes regarding a Challenge, including, without limitation, those involving eligibility, participation, fraud, and abuse, will be resolved by Claire’s in its sole and absolute discretion.
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms of Participation, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Claire’s in connection with a Challenge, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. Your personal information collected in connection with this Challenge will be used in accordance with Claire’s Privacy Policy.
