  • How do I enrol in Claire's Rewards?

    Customers may enrol in the Claire's Rewards program online at claires.com/myrewards or in participating Claire's retail stores.

  • Do I need to make a purchase in order to enrol in Claire's Rewards?

    No purchase is required to enrol in Claire's Rewards.

  • Is there a fee to join Claire's Rewards?

    The Claire's Rewards program is free to join.

  • Will I get confirmation when I enrol?

    Yes, after enroling you will receive an email in real time asking you to click a button to confirm your account. After confirming you wil be awarded points for all purchases made between enrolment and confirmation.

    This is when you will receive a welcome email outlining the current perks of the Claire's Rewards program and containing your 20% off Welcome Offer.

  • I have two or more Claire's Rewards accounts. Can these be combined?

    The Claire's Rewards program is limited to one Rewards account per individual. To the extent an additional account has been created in error, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +44 (0) 345 603 6088 to discuss your options for combining the accounts in accordance with our Terms & Conditions

  • I want to enrol in Claire's Rewards, but I already have a claires.com account. What do I do?

    Log into your existing claires.com account. On your “My Account” page, click the “Join Now” button to begin your enrolment.

  • My claires.com account uses a different email address than my Claire's Rewards account. Can I still get Claire's Rewards points?

  • I created a Claire's Rewards account, but I cannot see my points online.

    Prior to receiving points, new members must confirm their account by clicking a button on the confirmation email received after enrolment. After confirming your account, points will be awards for all purchases made post-enrolment.

    If you missed the confirmation email, search for "Confirm your account" in your inbox or log into your Claire's account online and self service trigger a new confirmation email from the My Profile page.

    It may take up to 36 hours for your points to be issued after you make a purchase. If it has been over 36 hours and you still do not see your points, please contact customer service at [email protected] or +44 (0) 345 603 6088.

  • What if I want to discontinue my Claire's Rewards account?

    You can discontinue your Claire's Rewards account by logging into your online account on claires.com and accessing the preference section of your account settings, or by contacting customer service at [email protected] or +44 (0) 345 603 6088.

Claire's Rewards Points, Rewards Issuance And Redemption

  • What are the benefits of the Claire's Rewards program?

    For every 100 points accumulated, you will earn a £5 reward coupon. You may earn points for qualified purchases in our stores and online, and also have the opportunity to earn additional points for other engagement activities. When you join Claire's Rewards, benefits of membership include, but are not limited to: 20% off your next purchase, a birthday surprise (if you provide us with your date of birth), free delivery twice per year, exclusive bonus events and promotions, in-store experiences, and advance notice of events and product launches.

  • How do I earn Claire's Rewards points?

    You will earn 1 point for every pound spent in a qualifying store* when you identify yourself as a Claire's Rewards member by providing your email address (or phone number, if applicable) at the point of purchase. To earn points on claires.com, you will need to log in to your account before making a purchase.

    We also offer other opportunities to earn points for completing certain activities. We provide information about these opportunities through notices posted on claires.com and in our stores.

  • How will I receive my 20% Off Welcome Offer?

    You will receive your 20% off Welcome Offer after taking action to confirm your account. This can be done by opening the confirmation email received at enrolment and clicking the button to confirm. After confirming you will receive a welcome email outlining the current perks of the Claire's Rewards program and containing your 20% off Welcome Offer. You will also then be awarded points for all purchases made between enrolment and confirmation.

  • When will I receive my Birthday Surprise?

    You will be sent your birthday surprise via email 7 days prior to the birth date listed in your profile.

  • When will I receive my 2X Free Delivery?

    Claire's Rewards will announce two annual free delivery events that are exclusive to Claire's Rewards members. We will let you know via email the dates of the two annual free delivery events.

  • What counts as a “qualifying store”?

    Qualifying stores include all Claire's-branded retail stores in the U.K. You cannot earn points for purchased of Claire's merchandise sold at other third-party retailers, such as ASDA, Tesco, New Look, or Matalan.

  • Is there a limit to the number of Claire's Rewards points I can earn?

    There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn on qualified purchases. Sometimes points may be offered on a “one-time only” basis for certain activities, in which case you will be limited to earning those points only once, even if you engage in a qualifying activity more than once.

  • Are there any purchases that do not qualify for Claire's Rewards points?

    Points are issued for merchandise purchases only, and are calculated after deduction of any discounts or application of any coupons. Points are not awarded for previous purchases, online delivery, purchases of gift cards, charity donations, charges for plastic shopping bags, gifts with purchase or other giveaways, among other nonqualifying activities as set forth in the Terms & Conditions.

  • How many points do I need to earn a reward?

    A £5 reward coupon will automatically be awarded for every 100 points earned, and the coupon will be issued 31 days after reaching the 100 point threshold. We will send you an email with the reward coupon, and your reward coupon(s) will be displayed in your online account at claires.com.

  • What if I am a member of Claire's Rewards but I made a purchase without presenting my email address or cell phone number?

  • When will I see the points for the purchase I just made?

    The points for your qualifying purchase should appear in your Claire's Rewards account within 36 hours of an in-store purchase or online order shipment.

  • Do points expire?

    Unused points in your account will expire 12 months from the date they were earned. Points remain “unused” if they are not converted into a reward coupon.

  • Do my reward coupons expire?

    Rewards coupons expire 90 days after issuance. You can check your Claire's Rewards account to verify rewards coupons expiration dates, and the expiration date will be noted in the email you receive when the reward coupon is issued.

  • How do I redeem my reward coupons in a store?

    You can redeem your reward coupon in a Claire's store by providing your email address (or cell phone number if applicable) to identify yourself as a Claire's Rewards member at checkout. The store associate will apply the reward to your purchase.

  • How do I redeem my reward coupons online?

    You can use your reward coupon online by logging into your account, retrieving the reward coupon code, and entering it into the promo code field during checkout. You may also apply rewards to your order by selecting them from the rewards window seen in the cart at checkout.

  • How can I verify my point balance?

    You may check your point balance in your online account at claires.com, by asking a store associate in any Claire's store, or by contacting customer service at [email protected] or +44 (0) 345 603 6088 for assistance.

  • Who do I contact if I believe that my points balance is wrong?

    If you believe that your points have not been credited accurately to your Claire's Rewards account, please contact customer service at [email protected] or +44 (0) 345 603 6088 for assistance.

  • When and how do I receive my reward coupons?

    Reward coupons are issued 31 days after reaching the 100 point threshold, and you can receive a maximum of five rewards within a day. We will send you an email with the reward coupon(s), or you can access your reward coupons through your online account at claires.com. Customers can look up their available rewards at a retail location by providing their email address to an associate in store.

  • Are there any exclusions to what I can purchase with my reward coupon?

    You cannot purchase gift cards, pay for online delivery, pay for plastic bag charges, or make charitable donations using your rewards, among other nonqualifying purchases as set forth in the Terms & Conditions.

  • Do I have to spend the entire amount of a reward coupon when I redeem it?

    Yes, reward coupons are one-time use only. If the entire amount is not used, the remainder is forfeited. To use a reward coupon online, your order total must be greater than the value of the reward before fees and delivery. A £5 reward may be used on an order totaling £5.01 or more.

  • Is there a limit to the number of reward coupons I can earn each month?

    There is no limit to the number of reward coupons you can earn within a month, but you may only receive 5 £5 rewards within a given day.

  • How many reward coupons can be used during a single purchase?

    You can redeem multiple reward coupons for a purchase in our retail stores by notifying the store associate of how many you wish to redeem. You may redeem multiple reward coupons online by selecting multiple rewards from the reward window at checkout.

  • Is there a minimum purchase amount in order to redeem reward coupons online?

    A minimum merchandise purchase of £5.01 (excluding taxes and delivery charges) is required in order to redeem your reward coupons on www.claires.com. If redeeming multiple rewards, the order total must exceed the value of the rewards you are attempting to redeem.

  • What if I return a purchase? Do I lose my points?

    Yes, points you originally earned for the purchase are removed after the purchase is returned, and your point balance will be reduced in the amount of the purchase price.

  • What if I return an item I bought using a reward coupon? Will I get the reward coupon back?

    If you return an item bought using a reward coupon, we will refund the dollar amount you paid for the item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the reward coupon.

  • I made a purchase at a Claire's store outside the U.S. Can I still get points?

    No. At this time, you can only earn Claire's Rewards points for purchases made within the same country in which you enrol in the program.

  • I am not receiving Claire's emails, or I did not receive my welcome email. What should I do?

    Internet service and email providers often mistakenly send incoming emails to Spam/Bulk/Junk email folders. Please check to see if your email is in one of these folders. If you still cannot locate our email, it is possible that your email address was mis-keyed when you signed up.   • What happens if I cannot find my reward coupon email?

    Your reward coupons will be displayed in your online account at claires.com or on the Claire's app, so you can log in to get the reward coupon code that way. You can also contact customer service at [email protected] or +44 (0) 345 603 6088 for assistance.

  • I closed my Claire's Rewards account but would still like to receive promotional emails from Claire's. How do I re-subscribe for emails only?

    You will need to re-subscribe to our email list using a different email address from the one you used for your Claire's Rewards account.

  • I reported your email as “spam” by mistake. How do I re-subscribe?

    You may use your email settings or contact your email provider to determine the process to remove an email from your spam/junk mail list.

  • How do I unsubscribe from receiving emails?

    If you choose to discontinue email communications, you may do so by updating your preferences in your online account at claires.com. You may also unsubscribe via the “Unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of all Claire's emails. You will continue to receive reward coupons and reward program information as long as you remain enroled as a Claire's Rewards member.
