  • Are Claire’s stores and websites continuing to trade?

    Following the Joint Administrators’ appointment, the business continues to trade; however, the website ceased to trade with immediate effect.

  • I purchased goods in one of the stores prior to the Joint Administrators’ appointment. Can I have a refund?

    As a result of the Administration and as your issue is relating to a period prior to the Joint Administrators’ appointment on 13 August 2025, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with any refund.

    We recommend that all customers check their purchase protection arrangements associated with their debit / credit card (or similar payment method) to understand whether a refund is available via another source.

    If you are unable to secure any refund via your original method of payment, you will have the right to lodge an unsecured claim in the Administration estate of Claire’s Accessories UK Limited.

    To do so, please contact [email protected] providing your full name and corresponding address, and one of the team will arrange to send you the relevant information via letter in order to submit your unsecured claim.

  • I purchased goods via the Claire’s website prior to the Joint Administrators’ appointment. Can I have a refund?

  • I purchased goods in one of the stores after the Joint Administrators’ appointment. Can I have a refund?

    If your goods purchased after 13 August 2025 are not of satisfactory quality or are not fit for purpose in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, please send proof of purchase and specific details relevant to the issue to [email protected].

  • I purchased items online which have not yet been delivered.

    If the goods have not been shipped ahead of our appointment on 13 August 2025 we will be unable to deliver these goods. As payment for goods was processed on dispatch you should not have been charged for these goods.

  • Can I still use my C.Club loyalty scheme?

    Unfortunately, the loyalty scheme cannot operate during the administration period. The Claire’s customer app is to be deactivated. Customers will not be able to redeem points accrued through the Claire’s CClub loyalty programme.
