Select your location at any time and choose "Pick-Up" as your delivery method in the shopping bag.
RECEIVE PICKUP NOTIFICATION
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email.
PICKUP ORDER AT STORE
Bring your order confirmation email (printed or mobile) and present valid photo identification, along with the original form of payment.
Select your location at any time and choose "Pick-Up" as your delivery method in the shopping bag. All stores with buy online, pick up in-store available will display a green checkbox and the message "Pickup: Ready in 2 hours or less."
Not every item displayed is available at every store. If an item in your shopping bag is not available for pickup at your desired location, please select another store, ship the order to your address, or remove the item from your shopping bag.
You will have at least 7 days to pick up your order.
Make sure to bring your order confirmation email (printed or mobile) and present valid photo identification, along with the original form of payment.
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email. Your order will be held at the store for 7 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 7 days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund in the original method of payment.
Once you arrive at the store, please see a store associate to pick up your order.
After placing an order, we verify and authorize all provided information. In rare circumstances, the authorization process may be delayed or fail. If your order fails, or if changes to our inventory occur affecting your order during a delayed authorization, we'll cancel or modify your order. Unfortunately once the order is placed, you will not be able to change your pickup location. You must pick up your order at the Claire’s store you selected.
You’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email when your order is submitted. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a pick up notification email.
If you are paying with a debit or credit card, it will be charged when the order is ready for pickup. In some instances, there may be an authorization hold on your debit or credit card when the order is placed, which is removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged. Please note that the authorization length varies and is not administered by Claire’s.
Paypal or gift card payments are taken upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill all of your items, funds will be returned to you for unfulfilled items once the order is ready for pickup.
After your order is picked up, you will receive a pickup confirmation via email.
Once your order is submitted, we begin processing it immediately and the order cannot be canceled.
Returns can be completed in-store with an associate and refunds are provided on their original method of payment. If a gift card was used in the original transaction and you no longer have the gift card, the associate will issue a new gift card. Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store orders cannot be returned via mail.
