Can I create a new subscription to Cdrop?
As of February 15, 2023 customers can no longer create new subscriptions. However, you can purchase Cdrop online as a one-time box. If you are a current subscriber, you will be billed on March 15, 2023 and receive your next box as expected.

Will every Cdrop box contain identical contents?
We're all about surprises! Some box contents may differ slightly. Order for yourself to see what's inside!

How do I cancel my subscription?
Want to cancel your subscription? No problem! Just make sure to cancel before the subscription billing date. You can cancel by logging into your “Subscriptions” at Claires.com. Just click "Cancel" under "Upcoming Subscriptions" and you're good to go! If you have questions, contact [email protected] or call customer service at 1-800-804-7194.

How can I change my shipping information?
To change your shipping information, log into your claires.com account and go to “Subscriptions” Under “Upcoming Shipments,” locate the subscription you’d like to change and click “Change shipping.” Select ""Save changes"" to confirm.

Can I switch to another subscription box option?
Yes, we've got you! You can easily switch between BitsyDrop and VibeyDrop under “Subscriptions” at claires.com. Simply select your choice from the drop-down menu and choose your box type. To switch your box type for an upcoming shipment, please do so prior to the next subscription billing date. Seasonal boxes are expected to drop around: March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15.

Can I earn points on subscription purchases?
If you're a registered member of Claire's Rewards, you'll earn one point per dollar on subscription purchases.

How can I change my billing information?
To change your billing information, please cancel your subscription and reorder a new subscription using your new billing information. In the coming months, you'll be able to update your billing under the “Subscriptions” section.

When will I be billed?
For a recurring quarterly subscription, after your first purchase, subscribers will be billed on a quarterly basis, when each additional seasonal product box is sent out. Your subscription will automatically renew each season, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

Are Cdrop boxes eligible for returns or exchanges?
Cdrop boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you received damaged product in your subscription box, please visit your local Claire's store and we'll be happy to exchange the damaged goods.

I'm a quarterly subscriber. When is my next box scheduled to drop?
Seasonal subscription boxes are expected to drop around: March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15.

Can I skip a shipment?
Yes! You can skip a shipment anytime prior to the billing date. Just log into your “Subscriptions” at Claires.com to manage your upcoming shipments. Locate the shipment you’d like to skip, and select “Skip Shipment.” Please note that any changes to your shipments must be made prior to the next billing date. Seasonal boxes are expected to drop around: March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15.

What if an item in my subscription box is damaged?
Oh no! We're so sorry that your items arrived damaged! Please visit your local Claire's store and we'll be happy to exchange the damaged goods.
